Arun Chheang is a seasoned IT leader with over 20 years of experience in database management, business intelligence, application development, and enterprise infrastructure architecture. Born in London and raised in Miami, Arun is of Cambodian and Filipino heritage—bringing a unique global perspective to every project he leads.
Arun holds an MBA with a focus on Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering - Software. Throughout his career, he has led high-impact data initiatives in the healthcare, finance, energy, and hospitality sectors, specializing in Power BI dashboarding, SQL performance tuning, and secure cloud data integrations.
His leadership experience also extends internationally—having successfully managed IT teams in India and Bolivia, collaborating across borders to deliver high-performance solutions. As CEO of Kiri Global Solutions, Arun is passionate about merging global standards with regional impact, building resilient systems, and empowering the next generation of IT talent in Southeast Asia.

Rothany Sar – CTO
Rothany Sar is a visionary IT strategist and compliance expert with over 13 years of experience spanning grassroots support to enterprise-level systems. Born in a refugee camp in Thailand and raised in Kampong Cham, Cambodia, Rothany’s journey is rooted in resilience, innovation, and a deep commitment to transformation through technology.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Technology Management from Brazosport College in Texas. Her career began with hands-on roles in IT support and network setup for small businesses before advancing into enterprise environments. Rothany has since worked across the U.S. insurance, financial, and government sectors, with a focus on mainframe operations, ISO-compliant process development, and disaster recovery strategy.
She has managed mission-critical systems involved in trillions of dollars in daily stock settlement transactions and played a key role in T+1 settlement upgrades and blockchain modernization initiatives. Rothany’s expertise lies in bridging security, compliance, and forward-looking infrastructure for organizations preparing to meet global standards.
As CTO of Kiri Global Solutions, Rothany leads with a unique blend of technical excellence and lived experience—bringing global IT systems and underserved regions together to create scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
